Substitution and Discipline:
Substitutions are limitless but need referee approval.
Players or coaches who receive two yellow cards in one game or a single red card will be banned from the next game(s). Severe offenses may warrant additional sanctions.
Disputes and Forfeitures:
No protests are allowed; the Tournament Director’s decision is final. Forfeits are scored as 0-1 losses for the forfeiting team, and various reasons may lead to forfeiture, like failing to check in on time, not producing valid player passes, or field misconduct.
Weather Conditions:
Referees and the Tournament Director decide on field safety. In unfavorable conditions, games might be shortened or canceled. If crucial matches can’t be played, solutions like FIFA Penalty Kicks or co-champion declarations might be applied. In case of game cancellations due to unforeseen reasons, refund policies apply.
